88 EP Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Malaysian Players

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 88 EP in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute condition for use of the platform. 88 EP reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

02Account Eligibility

To register and use the 88 EP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. The platform 88 EP is strictly for adults and we take the enforcement of this policy very seriously.
• You must be an individual registering in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity without written authorisation from 88 EP.
• You must register only one account only. Holding more than one account under the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances withheld.
• You must act on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent for any third party.
• You are not currently restricted, blocked, or excluded from any gambling platform for any legal or personal reason.
• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

88 EP reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

03Registration & Account Management

Each member is solely responsible for the security and activity of their account on the 88 EP. This includes:

• Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. 88 EP will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone.
• Up-to-Date Information: Make sure all information in your account profile is kept current and accurate — especially your phone number, email address and payment method details for withdrawal purposes.
• Prohibited Activities: Any attempt to hack, manipulate or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Report Immediately: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team 88 EP immediately at support@88ep.net.

88 EP will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

04Deposit & Payment Methods

Platform 88 EP offers a variety of convenient and secure deposit methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Deposit methods accepted by 88 EP includes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam, and other supported FPX banks

Deposit-related conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must be your own.
• Third-party deposits — including those made by family members, friends, or any other individual on your behalf — are not permitted without written approval from 88 EP.
• 88 EP does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-Wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges — please check directly with your provider.
• Deposit funds that have been confirmed and credited to your platform account cannot be reversed.

05Withdrawals

Winnings from all games on the platform 88 EP may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified under your account name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Valid withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or a bank account via FPX.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, 88 EP reserves the right to request full identity verification, including a copy of your identification document (MyKad) and proof of payment method.
• Any bonus credits that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until that requirement is fulfilled.
• Withdrawals will be withheld or cancelled if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. An investigation will be conducted and the decision 88 EP is final.

88 EP is not liable for any processing delays caused by banking or e-Wallet providers that are outside our control.

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 88 EP subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus credits received must be wagered at the multiplier specified in the relevant promotion's terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Any unused bonus or unmet wagering requirement within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific game categories. Please check the promotion terms for full details.
• Arbitrage Prohibition: Using bonuses for arbitrage betting (hedging) or any strategy that guarantees a risk-free return is strictly prohibited.

88 EP reserves the right to void any bonus, bonus winnings or account suspected of abusing the promotions system. Our decision in such matters is final and binding.

07Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the platform 88 EP — including slots, Live Casino, progressive jackpots, lottery, and Virtual Sports — operate in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers.

• Certified RNG: All slots and virtual sports games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent international certification bodies. Every game result is entirely random.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, server disruption, or system failure during an active game, 88 EP reserves the right to void the affected round. Any winnings credited as a result of a clear technical error will be reversed.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits. Exceeding the permitted maximum may result in the excess portion of the bet being voided.
• Information Discrepancy: In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the platform and data from the backend system, the backend system's records shall be considered authoritative.

Players are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, cheating tools, or other unfair methods to gain an advantage in any game. Violations will result in immediate account closure and all balances forfeited without refund.

08Sports Betting & Virtual Sports

Sports betting and virtual sports services at 88 EP — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports — are subject to the following additional rules:

• Odds & Markets: All displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 88 EP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any betting market at any time, including after bets have been placed, for reasonable causes such as new information, technical errors, or uncertainty over match outcomes.
• Void Bet: Bets may be voided and stakes returned to the account balance if the relevant match or sporting event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed during a live match (in-play) are based on the state of the game at the time the bet is received by the system — not at the time you click the button. Network delays are not grounds for cancelling a confirmed bet.
• Virtual Sports: All Virtual Sports matches are generated by an RNG system and have no connection to any real-world sporting events. Results are entirely random and free from any external influence.
• Betting Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit betting markets through multiple accounts or collusion with other parties constitutes serious fraud and will result in account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.

09Responsible Gaming

88 EP is fully committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools and resources to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately.
• Betting Limits: Members can set a maximum bet limit per round or per day across all game categories.
• Forced Break: Members may choose to activate a mandatory cool-off period of 24 hours, 72 hours or one week — during which the account cannot be used to deposit or play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need an extended break may activate self-exclusion for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed once activated.

Platform 88 EP is for adult entertainment only. If you or someone you know feels that gaming activity is beginning to have a negative impact on daily life, finances, or relationships, please seek help immediately and make use of the self-control tools available in your account.

10Account Closure & Suspension

88 EP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time without prior notice if it is found that:

• A member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other unlawful activity.
• Accounts that used false information during registration or verification.
• A member holds more than one account under the same name, address, or device.
• There is an attempt to abuse the bonus or promotion system.
• Suspicious betting activity indicating system abuse or exploitation.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support 88 EP via support@88ep.net. Any valid balance in the account (excluding bonus credits that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned within 7 business days via the original payment method used.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 88 EP shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from errors in information entered by the member themselves during the deposit or withdrawal process.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking providers or e-Wallet services.
• Any damage to devices, software, or data arising from use of the 88 EP.

Use of the 88 EP is entirely at your own risk. All betting and gaming activities involve the risk of losing money. Please play responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

12Amendments to Terms & Intellectual Property

88 EP reserves the right to amend, update or introduce new provisions to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

All content, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and software contained within the 88 EP is our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 88 EP.
